Tupperware Giveaway

I've always loved Tupperware. My mom was a consultant when I was a young, so we grew up with a lot of Tupperware around the house. I love the quality of the product and the lifetime warranty against chipping, cracking, breaking or peeling. It sure beats buying other plastic containers and throwing them out after a few uses, because they lose their seal, get wrecked in the dishwasher or microwave, or break.

I became a Tupperware consultant a few months ago, after a successful party. More about why I had the Tupperware party in a future blog. Today, I want to focus on the Small Sports Bottle, as it on sale this month as a set of 3 for $27.00, a $40.50 value.

I have never been one to carry around a reusable water bottle. I drink water at home and in restaurants and I buy bottles of water and recycle the plastic bottles. However, I decided to try the Small Sports Bottle a few weeks ago. Now, I don't leave home without it. I fill it up with me on road trips out of town and even in town when I'm running errands.

I'm drinking a LOT more water, which is good for me especially, as I'm breastfeeding. And, I'm being environmentally-friendly too. After watching this video, I'm really paying attention to other areas where I can choose environmentally-friendly options. The statement that stuck with me the most is that plastic water bottles take 1000 years to decompose--wow, that's a long time!

It also features a handy removable cap on the bottom for storing keys, change or other items. This is great when going for a walk while wearing shorts without pockets, as I have somewhere to put my keys!
